EXPERT DEPOLLUTION PYROTECHNIQUE

Job Title Within this office, the position holder is the pyrotechnic depollution reference in terrestrial environments. They implement their expertise in this field, in connection with the functional chain located in Rennes, to act continuously with an objective of efficiency and pragmatism. They serve as the head of the office and manage a category B person responsible for historical studies of pyrotechnic pollution. The position holder produces or has produced the various study documents and certificates required by the regulation related to pyrotechnic pollution. They provide technical and regulatory support in their field of expertise to SID SO personnel and beneficiaries in the context of infrastructure operations and domain operations. They advise the director for the exercise of their responsibilities in this area. They oversee the writing of Historical and Technical Studies of Pyrotechnic Pollution, write Pyrotechnic Risk Analyses, and participate in the writing of pyrotechnic depollution markets while assisting in the conduct of operations for their implementation. They also ensure technical, administrative, financial, and forward-looking management of markets relevant to their field of expertise, while issuing opinions on outsourced studies. Furthermore, they implement guides and operating procedures, standardize procedures, and conduct technical and regulatory monitoring in their field. Required Profile Necessary: Experience in the field of pyrotechnic studies writing, in the conduct of pyrotechnic depollution operations, and in civil engineering.
