Level 2 IT Systems Engineer (Work from Home)

Job Description This is a permanent, work from home position for a managed IT service company providing IT support for local businesses. However, you MUST be local to the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years' experience working for another MSP, and a minimum of 5 years of hands on IT support experience. As an IT Support Technician, you will be required to resolve computer, network and server technical issues by phone, remote, and onsite. This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm). There will be occasional after hours' work, and you will be a part of an on-call rotation. Experience with ground up implementation of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, Terminal Services, or Office 365 is desired.
