Supporting the US Revenue Enablement team in a remote capacity, the full-time US Revenue Enablement Program Coordinator will manage the execution of onboarding and training programs, ensuring logistical coordination and effective communication among various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for monthly New Hire Onboarding cohorts, including scheduling, communications, and materials management
Facilitate training events and sessions by managing participant communications, resources, and follow-up actions
Maintain centralized documentation and reporting for Enablement programs, ensuring consistent execution and tracking of attendance and completion records
Required qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in program coordination, training administration, or a related field
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience coordinating large events, training sessions, or onboarding programs
Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for improving productivity and communication
Familiarity with learning or enablement platforms such as Allego or Highspot is preferred
