Director of Community Health & Partnerships

Inova Health System in Northern Virginia seeks a Director of Community Health to lead the Community Health Needs Assessment every three years, translate data into action, and build enduring partnerships with nonprofits, schools and community groups. This role represents Inova at community events, drives implementation strategies to improve access, outcomes and trust, and chairs cross‑sector collaborations to expand programs for underserved youth and families.
