Role Description: We are hiring a DAO Treasury and Portfolio Manager to support treasury strategy, portfolio allocation, and governance-led financial planning. This remote, U.S.-based role focuses on preserving operating liquidity, managing digital asset exposure, and developing transparent treasury reporting.

Responsibilities: Develop treasury allocation strategies aligned with approved governance mandates and operating needs. Monitor cash flow, spending commitments, treasury runway, and liquidity reserves. Evaluate digital assets, stablecoins, and DeFi opportunities through documented due diligence. Assess market, counterparty, smart contract, custody, and concentration risks. Prepare treasury proposals, portfolio reviews, and financial reports for governance participants. Coordinate approved payments and rebalancing through multisignature controls and documented authorization procedures. Track portfolio performance, reconcile treasury activity, and maintain auditable records.

Qualifications: Experience in treasury management, portfolio management, financial planning, or digital assets. Strong understanding of liquidity management, diversification, and financial risk controls. Familiarity with DAO governance, multisignature wallets, stablecoins, and DeFi protocols. Ability to build financial models and explain allocation decisions and their risks. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills. Based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Background: Experience with a DAO, blockchain protocol, fintech company, or asset manager. Familiarity with Safe, Snapshot, Dune, DefiLlama, Excel, Python, or SQL.Understanding of token vesting, grant budgets, treasury diversification, and on-chain accounting. Compensation$120,000 - $160,000 USD per year, depending on experience and responsibilities.
