The role focuses on corporate, technology, finance, people, and M&A matters, providing pragmatic, risk-calibrated legal advice to enable rapid business decisions. Key Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree and J.D. Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum 7 years of relevant in-house experience. Responsibilities & Scope of WorkServe as a strategic partner to Enterprise leadership. Negotiate, draft, and advise on complex corporate and commercial agreements. Support Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic transactions, investments, and financings. Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI-related matters. Provide counsel to People team on employment matters. Develop and maintain company policies and procedures. Deliver or oversee training on pertinent legal topics. Base salary range:$195,000 - $225,000.
