Position Summary: Our company delivers value-added logistics solutions on a global scale through customized approaches that meet our clients’ evolving needs. As we continue to expand our digital capabilities and safeguard our systems, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced system specialist to join our IT team. We are seeking a motivated and technically strong IT Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and develop logistics applications including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Last Mile Delivery (LMD) platforms. This role combines system support, software development, and process improvement responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations teams to maintain mission-critical business applications, develop new functionality, improve existing system processes, and lead Process Innovation (PI) initiatives that drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of software development skills, business analysis capabilities, and logistics operational understanding.

Roles & Responsibilities: Systems Support & Maintenance· Maintain and support WMS, TMS, LMD, and related logistics applications· Investigate and resolve application issues and system incidents· Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions· Coordinate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure system stability· Monitor application performance and recommend system improvements Software Development & Enhancement· Develop new functionality and enhance existing logistics applications· Modify and maintain application source code based on business requirements· Design, develop, test, and deploy system enhancements· Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions· Troubleshoot application code and database-related issues· Create and maintain technical documentation· Support integration between internal and external systems through APIs and interfaces Process Innovation (PI) & Business Improvement· Partner with Operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities· Analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend system-based solutions· Lead Process Innovation initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and user experience· Support digital transformation and automation projects· Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Business Analysis & Project Management· Gather and document business requirements· Create functional and technical specifications· Coordinate project activities between Operations, Business, Vendors, and IT· Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployment· Assist with project planning and implementation activities Data Analysis & Reporting· Analyze operational and system data to identify trends and improvement opportunities· Develop reports and dashboards supporting business decision-making· Perform data validation and troubleshooting using SQL· Support KPI and operational performance analysis

Required Qualifications:

Fluency in Korean and English, both written and verbal, is required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field 2+ years of experience supporting business applications
Experience with software development, application maintenance, and developing or modifying enterprise applications
Proficiency or hands-on experience with one or more programming languages and development frameworks, including Python, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Java, and JavaScriptExperience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL query development, stored procedures, and database performance tuning
Experience working with enterprise systems and applications such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and ERP systems
Experience with API and EDI integrations
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business process automation
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve application-related issues
