Printing Press Assistant: Path to Operator

Innovairre in Mount Pleasant, IA is seeking a Press Assistant to support the Press Operator in setup, operation, and changeovers of printing presses. This role offers a structured learning path toward becoming a professional Press Operator and duties include prep, maintenance, and quality checks. You will maintain a safe, clean workspace, track counts and waste, handle ink and supplies, and communicate production status to the team. Shift is 5am-5pm; onsite; equal opportunity employer.
