Middle School Instructional Coach for Student Achievement

East Middle School in Ponca City, OK is seeking a Student Achievement Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year. You will coach teachers, enhance PLC efficiency, coordinate state testing, and communicate with parents while managing student data and RTI tutoring during advisory time. As a liaison to the Building Principal, you will implement instructional coaching based on Marzano and Knight frameworks and ensure alignment with Oklahoma Academic Standards.
