About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing Digital Marketing team in San Francisco. You will be responsible for executing on our marketing strategy across multiple digital channels for our retail and wholesale business, supporting our customer acquisition and retention marketing efforts. Location and Working HoursRemote, working hours 10am to 6pm PTRemote, limited to candidates in the following states: CA, OR, NM, PA, IL, NJ, MI, NY, VA, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising Support
- Campaign setup and QC, budgeting, audience management, and reporting across multiple digital channels including TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Google Adwords, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Pepperjam, ShopMySupport affiliate and press program
- Email & SMSCampaign QC and scheduling, building email & SMS flows, tracking subscriber growth, and reporting
- General Marketing Team Support
- Updating third-party storefronts
- Troubleshoot bugs on marketing channels
- Coordinate product seeding initiatives
- Ad hoc initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years marketing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Advertising, TikTok Advertising, Google Adwords, Pepperjam, ShopMy, Triple WhaleStrong, direct communicator
- Enthusiastic and eager to grow and learn with the company
- Highly motivated, solution oriented with an ability to work independently
