Systems Administrator

Responsibilities: Review system-related items in detail, assess outstanding work, and define the actions required to bring tasks to completion. Investigate and resolve technical issues within system environments, with a focus on controls, configurations, and data movement across system boundaries. Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements, confirm findings, and drive remediation efforts through completion. Execute PowerShell scripts to collect system information, validate configurations, and support troubleshooting activities. Create clear technical documentation that captures findings, actions taken, system behavior, and recommended next steps. Analyze implemented changes and existing configurations to identify gaps, risks, or areas requiring corrective action. Support administrative activities across Windows-based infrastructure, directory services, messaging platforms, and related enterprise systems.
