Position: Canvassing Supervisor/Manager- Lead, train, and grow a door to door canvassing team. This is a full time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities: • Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door to door canvassers• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training• Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans• Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results

Qualifications: • Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills• Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
