About the role

Routing Coordinator You'll build and fine-tune the daily routes our drivers run, using ServiceCore. You'll handle same-day and emergency service requests as they come in, and work with scheduling, dispatch and customer service to keep every stop on track. You'll learn our trucks, drivers and customer sites inside out, and use the numbers to make routes faster and tighter every week.
What You'll Do:
  • Build and optimize driver routes in ServiceCore for on-time, efficient service
  • Handle emergency and same-day requests, and adjust routes as needs change
  • Match the right driver, truck and equipment to each job
  • Learn each site's and customer's specific needs so service goes smoothly
  • Pull and analyze route timing and efficiency metrics, and share them in weekly team meetings
  • Work with customer service to resolve complaints in real time
  • Close out each day's routing work by the end of the day, with nothing carried over
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years in routing, dispatch or logistics, or a related college degree
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience pulling and interpreting performance metrics
  • Knowledge of the geography in our service areas, especially Florida and Georgia
  • ServiceCore or other routing software experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across departments
  • A positive attitude and a drive to grow with the company
