Director, Audio Content Acquisition & Development

Audible is seeking a Director, Content Acquisition & Development (North America) to drive the acquisition of book-based and audio original content. You will manage end-to-end deal generation, negotiations with authors, agents and publishers, and align with internal partners on release strategy. You will lead data collection for budgets, P&Ls, and terms, nurture key relationships, and collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, and Legal teams to advance Audible’s strategic goals.
