Entry Level Machine Operator

Location: Delano, MN Wage: $18.00 – $21.00/hr. Shifts and Hours:1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday – Friday3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am, Sunday – Thursday Benefits of the entry level machine operator: Full hands-on paid training, absolutely no prior manufacturing experience required Competitive Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance plans Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution options 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) package Stable schedule across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift options Duties of the entry level machine operator: Operate high-speed injection molding machines to produce custom parts Clip, trim, deburr, and finish plastic parts according to job specifications Inspect finished components for quality and assist with packaging finished goods Complete simple production tracking paperwork and utilize hand tools as needed Requirements of the entry level machine operator: No experience needed, willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Physical capability to stand for full shifts and lift 20–30 lbs. repetitively (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) Reliable attendance and a positive, hardworking attitude High School Diploma or GED equivalent
