Senior Finance AI & Transformation Analyst New York City Are you the type of professional who can spot a broken finance process, identify where AI can create value, and actually build the solution? We're partnering with a high-growth global organization seeking a Senior Finance AI & Transformation Analyst to help modernize Finance operations through AI, automation, and process transformation.
What You'll Do:
Identify inefficiencies across Finance and design scalable solutions using AI and automation.
Build and prototype AI-enabled workflows, automations, and agentic solutions.
Lead transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Partner with Finance, Data, Engineering, and Leadership teams to deliver process improvements and operational excellence.
Develop business cases, executive presentations, and change management strategies to drive adoption.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Consulting.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, low-code, or workflow solutions in a business environment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

- Finance Transformation Consultant
- Big 4 Advisory (Finance Transformation / CFO Advisory)
- Finance Systems Analyst or Manager
- Digital Transformation Consultant
- Business Process Improvement LeadERP or Finance Systems Implementation Consultant
- Preferred Experience
- Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or broader Finance Operations exposure.
- Finance systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
- Experience within fintech, financial services, regulated industries, or other complex environments.
- What This Role Is NotThis is not a traditional Accounting or FP&A role, and it's not a software engineering position. The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, AI, and Transformation, with a passion for improving how work gets done.
