Role Responsibilities:
Write finance research questions with verified, sourced answers.
Check questions against AI model responses and refine them.
Analyze US SEC filings to extract specific financial figures.
Compare documents to resolve discrepancies in financial data.
Ensure accuracy by considering document versions and fiscal periods.
Requirements:
Have strong relevant experience with US SEC filings and US GAAP.
Experience in equity research or investment analysis covering US companies.
Background in investment banking or corporate development with deal filings experience.
Experience in credit or restructuring analysis with credit agreements and bond terms.
Familiarity with SEC reporting or audit, including restatements and footnotes.
Comfortable reading long filings and have clear written English.
