Description: Wolfe Eye Clinic – Better vision, for a better life!
Ophthalmic Testing Technician:
Wolfe Eye Clinic is seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Testing Technician in our Fort Dodge clinic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient service.
- Document patient history.
- Perform visual field testing
- Take diagnostic images such as OCT's.
- Disinfect and maintain clinical equipment.
- Prepare, enter, and maintain patient electronic health records.
- Other clinical duties as assigned.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Interested applicants must be able to work both independently and in a team environment, have excellent customer service skills both externally and internally, remain organized, learn, adapt quickly, and maintain excellent communication skills.
- Some daytime travel is required. When traveling outside your base clinic mileage and time on the road will be reimbursed.
- Preferred Qualifications, but not required. ( Willing to train the right candidate ):Medical office experienceOCT experience
- Visual Field experience
- Electronic Medical Records experience.
