Job Title: Entry-Level Staffing Recruiter
Location: Huntersville, NC 28078
Compensation:
base pay + uncapped commission (first year estimate is approx. $50-55,000 with ample growth opportunity)
Hours: Mon-Fri; Full Time
Recruiters start as Sourcers and work very closely with the recruiting team as they learn and develop their skills to screen and qualify candidates. Sourcers can earn a promotion to Recruiter in as little as 2-3 months after starting!
Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing an understanding of the skill sets in the telecommunications and IT field
- Searching for potential candidates that meet certain skill criteria
- Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, text, etc.
- Identifying candidates strengths and interests
- Matching candidates with the clients and jobs that best fit with their goals and skills
