Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support Agile delivery and business technology initiatives at Florida Power & Light (FPL).
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage product backlogs, sprint progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Track Agile metrics and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.
Support UAT, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Business Analysis.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, user stories, and backlog management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams. xaygatp Utility or energy industry experience is a plus.
