Data Entry Specialist Humble, TXOCEAN EXPORT SPECIALIST Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to keep international shipments moving? We're looking for a dependable Ocean Export Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What You'll Do:
Track & trace Ocean Export files and provide timely reporting Use the Ocean Export Workflow Monitor daily Manage approximately 70 shipments per desk/month Review and prioritize incoming booking requests Coordinate workload and capacity with the team and supervisor Ensure shipping documents and notices are completed on time Complete DSO and invoicing within 5 days of COBMaintain accurate client and vendor billing Minimize canceled invoices and unresolved Draft Payables Communicate with customers, overseas partners, and Ocean carriers Meet customer SOP requirements and KPIsMaintain compliance with internal, external, and government regulations
Ideal Candidate:
Organized Accountable Detail-Oriented Strong Communicator Team Player Logistics experience preferred Strong computer skills Detail-oriented and organized Strong communication skills Able to multitask and meet deadlines Dependable and team-oriented
Base Pay: 17.00 per HOUR
