Childcare Director Are you a passionate leader who loves working with children and building outstanding programs? We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic Childcare Director to oversee our afterschool program during the school year and our 11 week summer camp program.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage all aspects of our afterschool, day off, and summer camp programs.-Hire, train and supervise staff.-Ensure a safe, fun and engaging environment for children.-Communicate effectively with parents and families.-Manage daily operations, scheduling, and program planning.-Maintain compliance with licensing and safety requirements.-Help grow and enhance our programs through exceptional customer service and leadership.
Qualifications:
-Previous childcare, camp or afterschool leadership experience.-Strong organizational and communication skills.-Positive attitude with a passion for working with children.-Ability to lead a team and problem solve.-Required state clearances and certifications (or ability to obtain them)
