Role Description: Senior Consultant, AI and Data Consulting Services will support client-facing engagements through hands-on design, development, and delivery of AI and data-driven solutions for enterprise customers. This full-time, hybrid role in our Dallas, Texas office involves writing and building solutions directly, partnering closely with client stakeholders, and collaborating day-to-day with onshore and offshore peers to bring high-impact AI and analytics work to life. The role DOES require 2-3 days in the office depending on client needs. If you are looking for a 100% remote role, this is not for you – consulting is a contact sport! Responsibilities Design and build end-to-end data, AI, and web application solutions, working hands-on across a tech stack Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces integrated with enterprise data systems Build and optimize secure, scalable APIs and microservices using cloud-native principles Implement AI-powered features in web applications using tools like LLMs, Azure OpenAI, AWSContribute to AI-assisted software development lifecycle improvements as part of the broader team Support and help maintain frameworks for responsible AI governance and model monitoring Contribute to multi-model architectures combining analytics, AI, and web experiences Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert in Microsoft Azure and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular,.NET Core)Execute project workstreams and collaborate closely with onshore and offshore delivery teams Build day-to-day client relationships, providing technical support and clear, consistent communication Identify opportunities for innovation through data and digital experiences Support and pair with junior developers and analysts on technical delivery Maintain high quality and consistency in code, solutions, and user experience Qualifications Strong foundation in software development, with the ability to design and oversee end-to-end buildout of solutions. Advanced Analytical Skills and experience in Analytics, including structuring problems, interpreting results, and generating clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Use of AI driven software development practices with guardrails Proven experience leading consulting project teams, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts in accessible language. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (such as MIS, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated aptitude for strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
