Responsibilities: Inspect, count, and load metal parts onto the powder coating line according to work orders and production specifications. Organize hanging stations, prepare racks and hooks, and coordinate with material handlers to keep production running smoothly. Complete paperwork, verify counts, inspect incoming materials for quality, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred, with prior manufacturing or production experience being a plus. Ability to read work orders, perform basic math calculations, and accurately complete production documentation. Must be dependable, honest, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and comfortable working around production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
