Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and at least 5 years' of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting within the healthcare industry. The role requires extensive proficiency in enterprise analytics solutions, coding languages, financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and statistical analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be adept at problem-solving, and have a proven track record of leadership and team development. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, financial software applications, and database management systems are also necessary.
