Dental Assistant (Floater) – Ryan Senft DDSSupport the Team. Keep the Practice Running Smoothly. Ryan Senft DDS is looking for a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant (Floater) to provide flexible support across both the front and back office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable stepping in wherever needed to help the practice run efficiently. We're also willing to train the right person and provide a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can grow.

Pay: $32/hour (with potential adjustment pending approval)
Monthly Performance Bonuses based on office results
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with weekday coverage as needed

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of continuous Dental Assistant experience
- Dental Assistant Certification or Associate's degree
- Active X-ray license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and organized
- Comfortable supporting both front and back office responsibilities
- Willingness to float between front and back office duties, approximately 60/40
What You'll Do:
- Assist doctors during a variety of procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, implants, and root canals
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory areas
- Collect and document medical and dental histories
- Provide front office support when needed, including phone coverage and helping maintain patient flow
- Provide coverage during team member absences and vacations
- Step in where needed to help keep the practice running efficiently
