Apex W2 Referral Role With Baylor Scott And White I have released a new requirement in ilabor for an Apex W2 referral role with Baylor Scott and White. Candidates must work on Apex's W2 and must be able to work without sponsorship for the next 12 months to be considered. The max rate to the candidate is $70/hr on Apex's W2 + $5 referral fee. The position is funded for 12 months, can be extended, and will allow for 100% remote work. The interview process will be 2 technical video interviews and then an offer will be made. Candidates must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates need to have some UX background and strong in React Native and React. JS.Senior level developer with extensive experience in React Native and ReactJS, strong knowledge of backend integrations, and the ability to design scalable application architectures. As a member of our team, you'll help guide technical decisions and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and usability across both mobile and web platforms.

Deep understanding of how to optimize React Native apps for iOS and Android, including offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Preferred Skills/Experience Hands-on development experience in web and mobile application design, development, testing and deployment in both consumer and enterprise-based applications Experience developing RESTful APIsExperience in AI, Git, Redux, React native web, Mobile and Web UIKnowledge in leveraging AI-assisted development tools Experience leading/mentoring a team Knowledge of C# is a plus
