Tier 1 Onsite Technician

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Respond to incoming tickets, and emails with urgency and professionalism. Diagnose and resolve Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic network connectivity problems. Set up and deploy workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Document all technical actions, resolutions, and client interactions within our ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 support when necessary.

Experience: Entry level to 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role (MSP experience is a major plus).OS Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Windows 10/11 macOS knowledge a plus. Windows Server OS familiarity a strong Plus Strong Hardware diagnostic skills required.

Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, passwords).Networking: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, vpns and routers.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a patient, customer-first attitude. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements: Must have reliable transportation for local travel to client sites (if applicable).
