Concierge - Part Time

What You'll Do: Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with compassion and professionalism. Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls/requests to appropriate staff. Manage mail, package, and prescription deliveries and distribution. Provide information about community amenities and local points of interest. Assist with resident needs, from escorting to coordinating small requests. Safety & Security Monitor CCTV, fire panels, door alarms, and emergency call systems. Conduct regular interior/exterior patrols and investigate unusual activity. Maintain key/gate pass logs and visitor sign-in/out records. Respond to emergencies and communicate urgent resident changes to supervisors. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and work order requests. Perform basic clerical duties (typing, filing, data entry) for other departments. Keep the lobby, reception, and common areas neat, stocked, and presentable. Support marketing efforts by positively interacting with prospective residents. Essential Skills Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities. High level of compassion, discretion, and integrity. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and effective during overnight shifts and emergencies.

What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a senior care or long-term care setting is a plus. Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with families and the care team. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 50 pounds). Must pass background checks and drug screening.
