Strategic Workplace Services Leader

Scholar Rock seeks a strategic Workplace Services Senior Manager to lead site workplace strategy and day-to-day operations. You will shape space, services, and employee experience to support growth, with responsibility for occupancy planning, hospitality, vendors, budgets, and site readiness. The role is primarily on-site with some schedule flexibility for key meetings and events, reporting to the Facilities leadership team.
