Watershed Restoration Lead - Environmental Specialist

Harford County Public Safety seeks a civil/environmental professional to plan and oversee watershed restoration and stormwater capital improvement projects to meet the County’s MS4 permit and applicable environmental regulations. The role includes budgeting, technical review, contract and construction oversight, permitting, and project closeout, coordinating with engineers, contractors, property owners, and public entities, and providing GIS support throughout planning to completion.
