TrakSYS Support Engineer The TrakSYS Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for TrakSYS-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. This role involves diagnosing and resolving system issues, supporting end users, monitoring system performance, and ensuring reliable and seamless MES operations across manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the TrakSYS MES application. Monitor system performance and ensure continuous system availability and uptime. Identify root causes of technical issues and coordinate resolutions with development, ERP, WMS, infrastructure, network, vendor, and business teams. Query and analyze TrakSYS SQL Server database tables to investigate issues and resolve data-related discrepancies while maintaining data accuracy. Troubleshoot TrakSYS integration issues with:ERP systems such as SAPWMS platforms such as Blue YonderPLC/OPC systems such as Kep Server OPCTroubleshoot TrakSYS configurations, including modules, services, and workflows, and implement required changes. Handle incident management and service requests through ticketing tools such as Service Now. Maintain support documentation, change logs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base articles. Track SLAs, KPIs, recurring incidents, and problem trends to support continuous improvement. Support scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues. Mandatory Skills & Proficiencies Hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES; experience with TrakSYS Version 12 is a plus. Strong understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations. Knowledge of C#/.NET, Java Script, HTML, and CSS.Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures. Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts. Experience troubleshooting MES integrations with ERP, WMS, PLC, and OPC systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability and willingness to work night shifts. Ability to travel between Richmond, VA and Hopkinsville, KY, as required.
