About the role

Assistant For Villes Et Villages Fleuris Labelling Mission Le Comité Régional du Tourisme de Nouvelle-Aquitaine (CRTNA) is looking for an assistant for the Villes et Villages Fleuris labelling mission in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Under the authority of the Head of Pole "Strategic Destinations and Sectors Support" of CRTNA, and the label manager, the mission assistant will have several key responsibilities: Participation in the logistical organization of the regional Villes et Villages Fleuris labelling tours: preparation of itineraries, organization of visit weeks between June and September 2023, reservations of accommodations, Relations with the municipalities (retrieval of dossiers, confirmation of visit appointments, etc.) and with the members of the regional jury (organization of their participation in visits, transmission of dossiers, retrieval of reports, etc).Administrative and financial support (follow-up of reservations, invoicing, expenses of jury members, links with CRT services internally, etc).Profile Profile sought:

Level: Bachelor's degree +2 Specialties: Administration, Secretarial, Tourism

Experience: 2 years of experience minimum Driving license BRequired skills: High writing skills (impeccable spelling and grammar), Verbal ease, sense of contact, Taste for teamwork and good reactivity, Ability to synthesize and process data, Ability to adapt and be reactive, Ability to organize and report within the framework of the orientations and validation procedures defined by the hierarchy, Mastery of various office tools, and collaboration technologies. Conditions

Duration: Fixed-term part-time (17.5 h/week), 6 months renewable.
