Director of Security & Emergency Response

Fairmont San Francisco is seeking a seasoned Security Leader to oversee the hotel's security program, lead the Hotel Emergency and Action Team, and ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and property on Nob Hill. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will implement loss prevention policies, coordinate with local authorities, supervise the Security Team, and manage daily security reporting while balancing guest service with risk controls.
