Position Summary: We are seeking an Apprentice(s) for our Commercial side to join our expanding team. In our Commercial division, we are seeking experienced Apprentices who are in the Glenwood Springs area. We firmly believe in the value of education, and it is required to work toward becoming a Licensed Journeyworker.

Key Responsibilities:

Run conduit, pull cable, terminate.
Understand lighting and lighting controls
Perform manual labor, cleaning work areas, and supporting journeyworkers in complex tasks.
Focus on safety, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Commercial Apprentice. Understanding of electrical concepts, blueprints, circuitry, and code. Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with team members. Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods in varying temperatures. Willingness to become an OA Certified Apprentice. This is required for this prevailing wage project. Ability to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Range: $22.50-36/ hour (base wage plus cash fringe benefit) and $50 per diem.
