Indirect Tax Research Lead — AI-Driven Content

Avalara seeks a senior leader to head the Indirect Tax Content Research team. You will guide 15 tax researchers across US and Canada, shaping AI-enabled tax content for AvaTax, Tax Research, and ECM, while owning customer escalations and ensuring governance that scales with rapid regulatory change. You’ll drive AI adoption, establish defensible workflows, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to keep content accurate and up-to-date in Avalara’s tax automation suite.
