Job TitleLocation: 2 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn NY will need to be onsite 2 to 3 days each week (NO EXCEPTIONS) Must have skills: Networker / Data Domain 10+ years experience with NetWorkerNetWorker Vmware protection (VADP, Self Service FLR, vCenter plug-in integration) NetWorker SQL Server protection (VDI, VM App Aware, SSMS integration) Project Tasks: Assist with moving remaining Vmware and SQL workloadsAssist with day to day backup operational tasks/activitiesReview backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance and change management, user and backup policy) to ensure customer is following best practice methodologyConduct knowledge transfer to of the features/functions of implemented backup solutionGeneral troubleshooting/optimization ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas once residency is completedContinuously monitor, review, and manage backup environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practiceWilling to complete PPDM trainingShare best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignmentResident will be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no directionIMPORTANT Resident must provide proof of COVID 19 vaccination Resident will need to be onsite 2 to 3 days each week no exceptions
