The role combines marketing strategy, technology innovation, and business operations, starting with hands-on PoCs for rich media, translation, and automated design workflows before expanding into Agentic AI. You will help automate and scale content creation, pre-MLR/compliance reviews, and multi-channel asset distribution. The ideal candidate has strong marketing domain empathy, excellent cross-functional skills, and experience working with brand and content teams.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Product Manager to translate marketing strategy, brand guidelines, and creative challenges into requirements and user stories. Bridge marketing, creative, engineering, and vendor teams. Lead PoCs across podcasts, social video, design platform integrations, AI-driven HTML/email/ad generation, and automated multi-region translation. Help define the roadmap for Agentic AI across the content supply chain. Define requirements for asset ingestion, data pipelines, pre-MLR compliance checks, DAM integrations, and AJO/RTCDP orchestration. Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and feedback with marketing, creative agencies, and compliance teams. Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and training materials to support adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product Analyst, or Marketing Operations Lead in enterprise MarTech or Content Supply Chain environments. Proven experience working with brand marketers, creative operations, content creators, or agency partners. Understanding of content operations, asset management, and creative production workflows. Experience or exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud, including AJO, RTCDP, DAM/AEM, plus Figma, eWizard/HTML, or enterprise DAM solutions. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in marketing, including generative content, translation, automated tagging, and agentic orchestration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical workflows into clear business value. Strong empathy for marketing and creative workflows, campaign timelines, and brand/regulatory requirements. Agile and adaptable mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • (Nice to Have):Previous experience as a Marketer, Creative Operations Manager, or Marketing Operations Specialist before moving into a BSA/technical role.
