Head of HV Test & Validation

Amperesand, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineering leader to own manufacturing test and product validation for high‑voltage power electronics. You will lead a team of engineers, define test architecture, and ensure uptime from prototype to volume production. You will collaborate across EE, ME, firmware, and operations, drive continuous improvement of test systems, and align resources with program milestones while maintaining safety and quality in a fast‑growing, US‑based environment.
