Key Responsibilities: Monitor roasting, processing, and packaging operations to ensure food safety and quality standards are met. Verify and document critical controls: temperatures, metal detection, allergen controls, sanitation, and package integrity. Conduct product checks, sanitation checks, and pre-operational inspections; confirm equipment readiness before start-up. Complete QA, HACCP, SQF, GMP, sanitation, and production records accurately and on time. Support traceability, product holds, corrective actions, label verification, lot coding, audits, and finished product compliance. Inspect incoming materials and warehouse conditions for GMP and allergen compliance. Communicate food safety or quality concerns promptly and assist with training and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED.Experience in QA or food manufacturing preferred. Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SQF, allergen controls, and food safety regulations preferred. Strong attention to detail, clear documentation habits, basic Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
