Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Service Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of a key client account. The role will work closely with the client's MSP team, Pyramid's sales/recruiting teams, and internal support functions to ensure smooth account operations and a strong client experience.

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day MSP/client activities, including requirement qualification, prioritization, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and interview feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP personnel and client stakeholders. Participate in requirement intake calls, client meetings, scorecard reviews, and other MSP activities. Coordinate with recruiting and sales teams to ensure timely support on client requirements. Work with HR/Onboarding teams on onboarding updates, timesheets, immigration matters, escalations, and consultant issues. Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client concerns and ensure timely resolution. Track account activities and performance and provide regular updates to sales and branch leadership. Partner with the PMO team on reporting, scorecards, and performance tracking. Maintain accurate client and candidate information, submissions, interview feedback, and activities in Job Diva. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client/MSP expectations and support overall account success.

Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Customer Success, Staffing, Recruiting Operations, or a similar role. Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams. MSP/VMS or staffing industry experience is a plus. Experience with Job Diva or other ATS/CRM platforms is a plus. Ability to work onsite in Morristown, NJ.

COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
