Field Project Manager- Structural Steel

Key responsibilities: Project planning and management: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish. Document and contract management: Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers. Drawing and fabrication oversight: Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and erection plans to ensure they comply with project requirements and facilitate smooth fabrication and installation. Safety and quality assurance: Implement and enforce safety plans and procedures on the job site and manage quality control processes. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve project challenges and issues as they arise. Financial oversight: Monitor job costs, manage billing and invoicing, and ensure timely payments. Team leadership: Mentor project staff and foster a positive team environment.
