Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply extensive claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service to clients and claimants in New York.
Key responsibilities:
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims through informed decision-making
Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed in New York for claims handling
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
