Pay Rate: $17.00 to $20.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Material Handler for a temp-to-permanent opportunity. You will manage inventory flow and operate machinery. This role offers a three-day weekend every week and a clear path to permanent hiring based on performance and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Forklifts: Move heavy loads safely using sit-down or stand-up forklifts. Load and Unload: Feed production lines and empty inbound freight trucks. Inventory Control: Scan barcodes and log material locations into the system. Staging: Organize products on pallets for efficient shipping and storage. Safety Compliance: Inspect equipment daily and maintain clean walkways.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of strong, continuous forklift operation. Certification: Valid forklift license or ability to pass internal testing. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Schedule: Must commit to the full 10-hour Monday through Thursday schedule.
