Description: As a Program Level Program Manager, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the team, managing operations, staffing and budget of the home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will get to know your clients on a personal level as you manage your team and assist them with in the implementation of person-centered plans, goals and objectives.
