Overview As Regional AOS Solution Design Manager, you’ll drive regional growth by shaping Air & Ocean solutions and leading Infor Nexus initiatives. You will partner with BD, Operations, and product teams to design and implement customer-centric supply chain solutions that create value. You’ll guide solution development, onboarding, training, and ongoing operational support, while pushing continuous improvement. Compensation / Benefitsdiscretionary bonushealth planslife insurancedisability coverage 401(k) with company match Flexible Paid Time Off Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement customer-focused supply chain solutions in partnership with Business Development and Operations Analyze customer supply chains and transportation networks to identify optimization opportunities Lead Infor Nexus implementation and configuration, including EDI integrations and onboarding Provide SME support, customer demonstrations, training, and create operational documentation (SOPs, work instructions, user guides)Monitor performance and compliance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement Support RFQs and solution development with cross-functional stakeholders Serve as regional point of contact for Infor Nexus and Air & Ocean Solutions inquiries Perform other duties as assigned Key requirements Bachelor degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management (or related field)5–8 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management Experience with Infor Nexus and supply chain systems Strong analytics, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Regional travel willingnessanalytical thinkingproblem-solvingclear communication Infor NexusEDI integrationssupply chain management systems
