To support managed care network development, the full-time Clinical Documentation Integrity Validator will review and validate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness to support DRG validation
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure adherence to documentation standards
Provide education and feedback to clinical staff regarding documentation improvementRequired qualificationsCurrent certification in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) or related field
Experience in healthcare documentation, coding, or clinical auditing
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to DRG validation
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
