This is a unique opportunity for a physician leader to help shape a newly created regional leadership structure while improving access to care, supporting clinical teams, and advancing outcomes across a community health setting. This is a highly visible, 100% administrative physician leadership role supporting multiple clinic sites and partnering closely with executive, operational, and clinical leaders to drive quality, consistency, provider engagement, and patient-centered care delivery.
