Landscape Account Manager

Responsibilities: Client and portfolio management: Report directly to the owner, develop and manage your own residential client portfolio, and maintain strong relationships with property managers to ensure high-quality commercial and residential property maintenance. Crew leadership: Manage and train dedicated crews of technicians who use state-of-the-art landscaping and construction equipment. Fleet and equipment oversight: In addition to landscape responsibilities, oversee the operation and parts supply of the company’s fully equipped garage, supporting skilled mechanics who maintain the vehicle and construction equipment fleet. Project planning: Read plans and perform take-offs for new landscape and construction projects. Seasonal operations: Supervise and coordinate flower and snow removal services for various properties during the spring and winter months.
