Description Purpose: S&OP Manager is a Team leader with the capability and vision to connect areas via the planning process to ensure business visibility and supply chain alignment with demand. Lead and manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales, supply chain, production, distribution purchase and inventory plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment of the S&OP plan. Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to optimize supply chain performance. Develop and maintain S&OP metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the planning process. Run and execute Demand planning (DP), production planning (MPS), distribution planning (DRP), material planning (MRP) Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Facilitate and lead S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization on key business decisions. Define inventory policies and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. Position Requirements Education: Typically holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and supplemented by an MBA or S&OP courses/trainings. Experience: +8 years of experience in S&OP / planning +8 years in leadership roles +5 years FMCG experience Desirable: experience operating in USA market Location: On site Miami, Fl with availability to travel mainly to east cost USA.
